Return Policy
- Regular priced merchandise may be returned for store credit only within seven days of purchase.
- Sale or discounted items are considered final sale and not returnable.
- Vintage and Antique pieces may have imperfections due to history of the piece. Additional information or photos available upon request.
- All special orders are considered final sale and not returnable.
Approval Policy
- Merchandise may be taken on approval for two days.
- Approval time begins the day an item is taken from the store.
- A valid credit card will be required in order to secure an approval.
- Please notify the store of your intent within two days. Otherwise the credit card on file will be charged should item(s) not be returned at the end of the two day approval period.
- Should any damage occur to the merchandise while on approval, the customer will be responsible for repairs or replacement cost.
Hold Policy
- Items may be placed on a 48 hour hold.
- The hold will expire at the end of the 48 hour period without notice.
Payment Policy
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
- Special orders may require a deposit or payment in full prior to ordering.
Shipping Policy
- Lead times and shipping costs are subject to change.
- Shipping costs to and from a destination are the responsibility of the customer.
- Large items may require white glove or professional delivery.
- We are happy to obtain freight quotes for items shipping from the store.
- If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with images and details. Please save original packaging.
